ABR INTELLIGENCE SOLUTIONS L.L.C-FZ is a technology company incorporated and licensed in the Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (Licence No. 2649417.01). Our registered address is Meydan Grandstand, 6th Floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, U.A.E.

We provide technology services including artificial intelligence research and consultancy, custom software development, software customisation, systems integration, cybersecurity consultancy, cyber risk management, and IT infrastructure advisory.

ABR Intelligence Solutions develops and delivers a range of technology products and services, including but not limited to: proprietary software and applications; AI-based analytics tools; market-data and analytics dashboards; software licences; technology consulting and advisory; systems integration; IT training and mentoring; and cybersecurity assessments.

Each product or service is designed, scoped, and delivered according to the specific requirements of the client. The composition, features, access level, and duration of any product or service may differ from client to client based on their individual needs and the nature of the engagement agreed between the parties.

Upon payment of the applicable fee, and where a software product or licence is involved, we grant the client a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the relevant product for their own internal purposes during the agreed period. You may not sublicence, resell, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or decompile any product without our prior written consent. All intellectual property rights remain vested in ABR Intelligence Solutions.

ABR Intelligence Solutions does not operate on a fixed-price model. All fees are determined individually for each client, based on an assessment of the specific product or service requested, the scope and complexity of delivery, the level of customisation required, the duration of access or engagement, and any other factors relevant to the particular case.

We reserve the right to quote, negotiate, and agree a fee that reflects the value and effort associated with each individual client engagement. The applicable fee for any product or service will be communicated to the client prior to payment and confirmed in writing (including by electronic communication). By proceeding with payment, the client confirms acceptance of the agreed fee.

As a result, fees received by ABR Intelligence Solutions may vary significantly between clients and between transactions, reflecting the bespoke nature of our products and services.

ABR Intelligence Solutions is a technology company. We are not a licensed financial advisor, investment manager, broker, or regulated financial services provider. Our Software Products — including any market-data and analytics tools — are provided for informational and educational purposes only.

Nothing on our website, in our Software Products, or in any communication from us constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument. Our products are informational only — they do not execute transactions, automate operations, or provide trading signals. Financial markets involve risk, and you are solely responsible for your own decisions.

You are solely responsible for your own financial decisions. You should seek independent financial advice from a suitably qualified professional and carefully consider whether any decision is appropriate given your financial situation, risk tolerance, and objectives.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use our services to engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities; to violate any applicable laws or regulations; to infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party; or to transmit harmful, offensive, or malicious content.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

The applicable fee for each product or service is agreed individually with each client prior to payment, as described in the Custom Pricing section above. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is due as agreed between the parties and confirmed in writing prior to delivery.

We accept payment via bank transfer and credit/debit card. Given the bespoke nature of our pricing, payment amounts will reflect the specific product, service, scope, and terms agreed with each individual client.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ABR Intelligence Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or loss of data, arising from your use of our services or Software Products.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

All content on our website and in our Software Products, including text, graphics, logos, and code, is the property of ABR Intelligence Solutions or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your personal data.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable regulations of the Meydan Free Zone. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
